REDI 2026 Impact Report

To evaluate the impact of the REDI courses, virtual interviews were conducted by CARE’s Research and Development (R&D) team with 20 individuals who have completed one or more of CARE’s Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) courses. The interview questions explored several topics including: reasons for taking REDI, impacts of the REDI coursework on the individual or their organization, experience with the course format, action steps taken or planned since taking REDI, measurable outcomes from completing REDI, comparisons of REDI to other similar coursework options, and any suggestions for the REDI courses. This report summarizes the findings from the learner interviews.
